About Me

Hey! I am Harsh Srivastava. I am currently doing Tech @TrueBeaconAdvisorsLLP. I recently settled in Bangalore and am looking to meet new people and learn new things. Hit me up @dizzzyspeed.

Some pointers about my life journey:

• Born in Delhi, India. Got my tooth broken at the age of 2

• National level Taekwondo player at the age of 10. Got my ass kicked during the final round of state trials

• Got into dramatics and was featured on 'Fox Kids' channel. Featured as a lazy kid in my first play (no my mom didn’t cast me)

• State level football player at the age of 14. Shortest centre forward you’ll meet

• Won multiple awards at various model united nations, including India's largest and oldest Indian Model United Nations. People sent me chits saying I AM CUTE

• Got into technology and gaming at the age of 16

• Played a lot of Csgo and Valorant, clipped videos and posted on Yt. Got almost 6k views organically. Shroud fanboy for life

• Served as external affairs minister of Ryan International School, Noida. Manipulated my deputy into doing all the work

• Joined B.Tech CSE program at Shiv Nadar University, Delhi. That was a low

• Earned my first 10k Rs playtesting games and writing reviews. Proudest moment of life (till date)

• Finalist of Atal Incubation Centre Idea Challenge in 2021 for a decentralized social media. My friend ditched me because he was shy

• Got into game development. interned at game dev company in summer of 2022. worked with unity. Pretty toxic work culture

• Finalist of Atal Incubation Centre Idea Challenge in 2022 for a hands on training platform for CSE undergrads. Assembled a team of lazy 7 pointers who managed to stick through somehow

• Interned with @Saralx, an ai accessibility software company as web dev intern. First time doing frontend (hate it)

• Currently doing tech @TrueBeaconAdvisorsLLP. Shoutout to tb (best place to work at)

Why the blog?

So I have always been intrigued by people who build stuff. I am always amazed of what one human mind is capable of thinking. I see so many creative solutions around the world and it has always fascinated me.
I always talk about technology driven solutions that come to me with my peers around me and it always leads to an interesting conversation with a whole startup idea being formulated there itself over a cup of coffee.

With this blog I intend to lay out those ideas here for people to maybe take inspiration from and build something cool. Please hit me up when you actually do it sometime.

Also if you think you have a cool idea and would want to be featured here I am always down for some blueberry mojito and cheesy fries.

What would be the structure?

I am not very sure right now, haha. However I do have a plan with me. Hear me out

• Explain the idea

• Assign a cute AI generated logo and a cool name to it (most fun part of any idea)

• Breakdown the problem it would be solving, and why this would work (feel free to discuss and criticize the idea in comments)

• Provide a high level system design

• Challenges that might come up

• Top competitors in this space
